On sunny days, the Café patio is a contrast of silver aluminum and gray concrete, both striking in elemental solidarity.
However, when it rains, both elements are brought closer to each other. The walls seem to melt into the floor, the floor becomes wet and reflective, and the aluminum chairs and tables are saturated into a blur.
What was once an interesting disparity becomes a visual melt.
