In this special program designed for people with hearing loss, participants experience works of art at the Modern through intimate conversation with specially-trained docents and student-ASL interpreters. Offered the fourth Tuesday of each month, with limited space for participants at 10 am, each program lasts 90 minutes and includes a gallery activity. Please make reservations at least a week in advance by calling 817.840.2118. This free program includes admission to the galleries and all materials.

We’re delighted to report that this year, after 2014’s ice-storm hiatus, our annual Oscars watching party is back on.

We will be welcoming guests to watch the Academy Awards telecast with us on Sunday, February 22. Our emcee for the evening will be WFAA chief meteorologist Pete Delkus.

The fun will begin at 6 pm on Oscar night. It is free, and you don’t need a reservation or a ticket for admission.

The Modern Art Museum of Fort Worth presents FRAMING DESIRE, an exhibition showcasing over 40 recent acquisitions alongside iconic photographs and videos from the permanent collection. Smith, Arne Svenson, Frank Thiel, and Gillian Wearing.
