Spanish-Language Tour

Docent-led tours in Spanish are offered at 2 pm on the first Sunday of each month, when gallery admission is free. These tours are open to the public and do not require prior arrangements.
Docents are also available to conduct private tours in Spanish, French, German, Mandarin, and American Sign Language when reservations are made at least two weeks in advance.

Architecture Tour

Docents are available to lead tours of the Modern’s building, designed by the renowned architect Tadao Ando. Group tours can accommodate 10 to 60 people and last approximately one hour; these tours must be scheduled at least two weeks in advance of the requested date. A public architecture tour is offered on the first Saturday of each month at 11 am.

Fort Worth Foto Fest: Sunset at the Modern

The Modern Art Museum of Fort Worth has teamed up to open the 2016 Fort Worth Foto Fest. Join in and shoot the grounds and exterior architecture of this world class building! Enter through the main enterance and proceed to the reflection pool for a study in light, lines, angles & good times! A great way to kick off the Foto Fest!

Sundays with the Modern offers unique perspectives on special exhibitions, with artists, curators, art historians, and writers holding conversations in the galleries. This special program is free and begins at 1 pm on the first Sunday of selected months.

Sounds Modern: Stellar Sounds

Sounds Modern presents Stellar Sounds

Artist Frank Stella took great inspiration in the life and work of Domenico Scarlatti (1685-1757). Sounds Modern takes its inspiration from modern composers inspired by Scarlatti (and/or Stella).
This program includes works by Franco Donatoni, Salvatore Sciarrino, Aldo Clementi, and Javier Jacinto, among others.
Admission is free and open to the public.
