Like many things that have defined our schedules and activities, Tuesday Evenings at the Modern must reconfigure. Though disappointed by the abrupt halt to the live program, we are excited to introduce a gathering and discussion alternative online. As a long-running program, Tuesday Evenings has an amazing archive to draw from, and that’s exactly what we intend to do.
Join us as usual on Tuesdays from 7 to 8 pm. Drinks and snacks are on you, but we will provide thought-provoking content and lively discussion. Terri Thornton, Curator of Education, will introduce each presentation, with a friendly and stimulating chat to follow.
As each week’s selections are being carefully considered based on a number of factors, we have decided to roll them out on a weekly basis rather than announcing the full line up in advance. Hopefully this process will build anticipation and excitement for the coming week as followers look forward to these announcements found on the Modern’s website and posted to social media by Thursday of each week, or viewers can just log in to the Tuesday Evenings YouTube playlist by 7 pm each Tuesday and embrace the surprise of that week’s offering.
