Calling all art educators! Join us in the heart of the Fort Worth Cultural District for a day dedicated to celebrating educators like you. Connect with fellow teachers, explore educational resources, and enjoy free admission for you and your family. Don't miss out on this exciting day of appreciation and inspiration!
Educator Day in the District is an open house event that invites educators to visit five hosting locations and learn about resources and programs designed for K–12 students and teachers for the upcoming school year. This event is open to K–12 educators who work at area public and private schools, homeschool parents, pre-service teachers attending area colleges and universities, and families of the above-mentioned educators.
This event takes place at multiple institutions in the Cultural District, including:
- Fort Worth Museum of Science and History (Cattle Raisers Museum and Fort Worth Zoo)
- Amon Carter Museum of American Art (Tarrant County Black Historical & Genealogical Society and the National Juneteenth Museum)
- Kimbell Art Museum (The Cliburn, Artes de la Rosa, and National Multicultural Western Heritage Museum)
- Modern Art Museum of Fort Worth (Fort Worth Public Library and Sid Richardson Museum)
- National Cowgirl Museum and Hall of Fame (Kinfolk House and Fort Worth Symphony Orchestra)
