Farm To Fork Vegetarian Wine Dinner
Chef Dena is to prepare an exclusive, vegetarian, five-course menu using products from local farmers. Each course is to be paired with wine.

$85, $69 for members (tax and gratuity not included)

Paired with  Joel Gott Sauvingon Blanc        

Course 2: Curried Kale Salad with Crispy Papadam and Texas Pecans

Course 3: Fried Green Tomato - Gouda Stack with Bloody Mary Salad
Paired with St Supery Oak Free Chardonnay

Course 4: Summer Vegetable Rollatini with Smoked Onions, Latte Da Goat Cheese and Bright Lights Chard
Paired with Flora Springs Merlot

Course 5: Blackberry Cobbler with Black-Pepper-Herb Ice Cream
