LIVE MUSIC

White Lung
whitelung.ca
After the critically acclaimed release Deep Fantasy (2014), White Lung return with their fourth album Paradise. Vocalist Mish Barber-Way, guitarist Kenneth William, and drummer Anne-Marie Vassiliou bring all the energy, unique guitar work, and lyrical prowess that Rolling Stone, Pitchfork, and NME have praised them for in the past few years.

The Dividends
wearethedividends.com
“Cannabinoids member and hit-crafter S1 and songstress Sarah Jaffe have officially become the Dividends. S1 has worked with a host of huge names and is longtime go-to collaborator for Erykah Badu. Jaffe has a beautifully textured rasp fit for any enveloping sounds S1 can design. The two first collaborated on Eminem’s The Marshall Mathers LP 2 track “Bad Guy,” but now they’re set to release their own collection of songs in the form of the Far From Away Vol. 1 EP.” ¬– Stereogum

Night Drive
www.nightdrivemusic.com
Inspired by sci-fi cinematic landscapes, Night Drive creates modern synth-pop that explores the darker currents of abstract emotion. Infectious melodies wrapped in thoughtful lyrics with pulsing dance beats unveil a stylish, energetic sound that has been featured in film, TV, and radio around the world.

The Hendersons
www.facebook.com/thehendersonsociety/
“Throwing back to the Summer of Love, The Hendersons match their good-natured humor with some seriously tough chops, producing a particular brand of music that retains all of the best elements of the '60s without sounding slavish to the era's finest purveyors of the sound.” – Fort Worth Weekly

Bad Mountain
www.badmountain.co
Bad Mountain comprises an eclectic foundation, imbuing roadhouse stomps and dusty-tinged vocals that hark back to a lost-yet-not-forgotten era in American history. Anderson and company are as fresh as they are vintage, and the cross-section is something to behold.
