The Amelia Piano Trio was formed in 1999 and is recognized for their charismatic and extroverted performances.  As referenced by this concert, they are in the forefront of distinctive performances and were recognized as such by winning an ASCAP Award for Adventurous Programming.

This concert will introduce the Fort Worth audience to Russian-born composer, Lera Auerbach.  The remarkable Ms. Auerbach is also a published writer, visual artist and concert pianist.  Her works have been championed by highly acclaimed soloists including Hilary Hahn, Alisa Weilerstein and conductors Christoph Eschenbach and Charles Dutoit.
