Modern Contemporaries Fall Kickoff

The Modern’s Under-Forty Friends and special guests are invited to experience the Museum in a new way and to learn how the institution is striving to serve as a cultural pulse point for our diverse community! 
Bring your curiosity and enjoy behind-the-scenes access to the Modern! Ride the freight elevator on your way to hear directly from expert staff about how artwork is stored and handled in the galleries, watch live screen printing by Pan Ector Industries in the Education Studio, and visit the Boardroom, with chances to win prizes along the way! 

Complimentary light bites and cocktails available throughout the evening, with live music in the Grand Lobby featuring Cut Throat Finches, nominated for 2019 rock band of the year, album of the year, best live act, and video of the year by Fort Worth Weekly.

Modern Contemporaries members are encouraged to bring friends who are interested in learning more about the Museum and membership. 

Admission is free, but reservations are required by September 6.
