Outdoor Film Screening: Groundhog Day

All Modern members are invited to bring a blanket and enjoy an outdoor screening by the Modern’s reflecting pond.

Groundhog Day is a 1993 American comedy starring Bill Murray, Andie MacDowell, and Chris Elliott. Murray portrays Phil Connors, a cynical television weatherman covering the annual Groundhog Day event in Punxsutawney, Pennsylvania, who becomes trapped in a time loop forcing him to relive the same day over and over again. 

Arrive early to view the exhibition Shirin Neshat: I Will Greet the Sun Again before it closes May 16, and enjoy special discounts in the Modern Shop. 

Bring a blanket, relax by the Modern's reflecting pond, and celebrate a new season! Please no pets, personal coolers, drinks, food, or lawn chairs. Reservations must be made by April 30 by contacting the membership department here.

This invitation is for two adults and is nontransferable. Space is limited and reservations will be accepted in the order received.

In case of inclement weather, the outdoor film will be cancelled. Reserved picnic baskets will be available for pick-up at Café Modern to be enjoyed at home. No refunds.
