Modern educators lead a family-oriented project via a short instructional video designed in relation to works in the Modern’s permanent collection. This week's virtual Wonderful Wednesday will focus on Philip Guston's "Wharf," 1976. Tune in to create a totally silly layered painting of guts and cartoon eyes going for a swim in the ocean. For this project, you'll need canvas or paper, paint, brushes of various sizes, a white color pencil, and a piece of rope or fat yarn. Click here for the video.
