Teens looking at art in the studio

The education department at the Modern Art Museum of Fort Worth is pleased to announce four high school student internships for the Fall and Spring of 2024-2025. The internships are available to students from high schools currently involved with the Modern’s education department through Repeat Visit Programs and Modern Collaborative Studies.

Each internship is a paid position developed to be flexible and adaptive to the responsibilities and schedules of high school students.

The goal of these internships is to provide professional work experience and an overall feel for how education departments operate in a modern and contemporary art museum. Education department staff will provide mentorship, assistance in developing hard and soft skills, and a collaborative professional environment for projects, programs, and events.

The internships are from September to May 2024-2025.

Please submit your application by August 26, 2024. Link to APPLICATION

Please call Jesse Morgan Barnett at 817.840.2141 with any questions or send an email to the education department here.
