Haru (Rinko Kikuchi) and Luis (Alejandro Edda) are passionate competitors in Tokyo’s ballroom dance scene. After tragedy strikes, Haru withdraws into isolation. When friends coax her back to the studio, she develops an infatuation with a new instructor and must navigate grief, desire, and the unexpected rhythms of moving forward.
