Thirty years after starring in The Wizard of Oz beloved actress and singer Judy Garland (Renée Zellweger) arrives in London to perform sold-out shows at the Talk of the Town nightclub. While there, she reminisces with friends and fans and begins a whirlwind romance with musician Mickey Deans, her soon-to-be fifth husband.

This program for children between the ages of 9 and 12 takes a closer look at the contemporary art in this season's FOCUS exhibitions. Each class spends time in the galleries looking and talking about the work before proceeding to the studio for an art activity and further discussion. Sign up early; space is limited. Learn with local artists as they lead informal basic drawing classes in the galleries. This free class is open to adults at all skill levels—just bring a sketchbook and pencils. Registration is not required, but participants should sign in at the information desk. 2-3:30 pm
Two sessions of this free program are offered, one for ages 5 to 8 and one for ages 9 to 12. Each session is led by an artist who takes participants through informal drawing exercises in relation to works in the Modern’s galleries.
